Shipping costs
Retro Racing entrusts the delivery of its orders to CTT. The shipping costs are added to the value of your order, depending on the destination.
Shipping Mainland Portugal and Islands – €4.50
Shipping Spain – €7.50
Shipping Europe – €14.90
Rest of the World Shipping – €29
Deliveries are free to mainland Portugal, Azores and Madeira on purchases over €80.
Deliveries are free to Europe for all purchases over €160.
- After successful payment, you will receive an email from Retro Racing confirming your purchase. At that time your order begins to be processed and will be dispatched the next business day.
- As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, the customer will be notified via email with the assigned shipping number and a link that will allow you to track the order on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive this information in your email within the mentioned time, please contact our Customer Support team at info@retroracingnco.com.
Delivery Process
The process of sending orders will start after confirmation of payment of the respective order.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be notified via email with the assigned shipping number and a link that will allow the order to be tracked on the carrier’s website.
Shipping information may take up to 24 hours, counted from the receipt of shipment confirmation, to be updated on the carrier’s website.
Delivery times are different depending on the delivery area of the order, with a maximum limit of four working days after order confirmation.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address specified by the customer when placing the order.
The indication of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may imply the return of the order to Retro Racing and generate additional costs for the customer. For this reason, it is recommended that the customer always make sure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is actually correct and complete.
Once the order is registered, it is not possible to change the billing data indicated.
