EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All purchases made in the online store at www.retroracingnco.com are subject to Portuguese legislation.

Retro Racing accepts exchanges/returns of items within a maximum period of 20 days, as long as the item is delivered in its perfect condition, in the same way as it was sold and accompanied by labels and packaging and any other elements that are part of the shipment.

There are no exchanges/returns for altered, washed, used, odorous or otherwise damaged items due to misuse. Retro Racing is not responsible for the misuse of its articles, nor for their incorrect washing.

We always suggest that you consult the CARE AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS section. Before each purchase, we also suggest that you consult the SIZE GUIDE section, in order to make your purchase as informed as possible. The customer support team will be on hand to help if you have any questions.

  • Exchanges:

If you want to make an exchange, we ask that you contact our customer support via email info@retroracingnco.com to formalize your exchange and guarantee, subject to stock availability, the reservation of your new part.

The first exchange for each piece is free.

We only accept exchanges of equal or greater value. If you choose a product with a lower value, a coupon will be created, which you can use within a maximum period of 1 year.

As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse and successfully passes our quality control, we will ship your new part and you will be notified as soon as it leaves our premises.

  • Returns:

In returns, all shipping costs are borne by the customer. We advise that the items are sent to us by courier or registered mail.

Contact info@retroracingnco.com to let us know what you want to return and we ask that you provide us with an IBAN.

As soon as it arrives at our facilities, we will carry out a quality control and return it.

Only the value of the chosen piece will be refunded, not including the shipping costs paid by the customer.

If you send items for exchange or return without contacting customer support, they will not be received as such.
